COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY INFORMATION

 

At this time of uncertainty Orangehouse Renewables Limited want to ensure the safety of our customers and staff to the highest possible level. If we are visiting your property, we would like to make you aware of the following control measures we have in place to protect you and your family from the spread of Covid-19:

 

• Staff will only enter your property when absolutely necessary and we would ask you to identify access routes minimising their time in your house.

• Where possible discussion with customers will happen in the open air and if not possible at a 2 metre distance.

​​

• Our staff are trained in strict hygiene measures based on government guidelines and will provide their own hand washing facilities.

​​

• For everyone’s safety staff should not share drinks or food with customers.

​​

• We have a comprehensive risk assessment with control measures which is available for you to review on request.

​​

• To ensure we protect all of your family we would ask you to advise us if there is anyone shielding or at high risk in your household so additional measures can be put in place.

 

Please feel free to discuss any aspects of the project and progress with our staff however we would ask you ensure that safe distances are maintained at all times.
