We are passionate about customer service and most of our work is via referral or repeat business from word of mouth. A heat pump system is a complex project and is normally the start of a long-term relationship.

 

We always make sure that we can effectively support a system before we agree to undertake an installation. We have turned down projects where an installation is too far away for us to provide an appropriate level of post-installation support.

It is a condition of the RHI and normally manufacturer warranties that air source, water source and ground source heat pump systems are serviced annually.  We undertake services to make sure everything is working properly and to try to spot problems before they occur.
